ZPoint In-depth Protocol


Below you’ll find the complete ‘ZPoint In-depth Protocol”. It has been found that this particular combination of ZPoint Statements will usually allow clearing of traditionally resistant issues very quickly.

First, evoke that Characteristic Feeling I speak about using a ZPoint Statement such as: Whenever I think of my desire for a better life, I feel…

Remember to leave the ending blank and allow your subconscious to bring up that feeling associated with your desire for a better life. This feeling is connected to all the ways you don’t believe you will achieve that better life and releases them. The process will transform those beliefs from “I can’t do it” to “I can do it” and allows you to move forward in your life.

The next thing would be to go through the following sequence of statements. Remember to take your time and repeat your cue word like a mantra for about 10 seconds after each statement. The sequence takes about 7 to 8 minutes to complete and when you’re finished, you should be feeling very peaceful and relaxed. If not, go through it again. This just means that there were more issues connected to this statement than were readily apparent.

So lets begin shall we…

Now imagine yourself standing in front of a light filled circle. Imagine stepping inside that circle and feeling warm and safe. Our intention here is to see the remainder of this feeling and everything associated with it, be released as we count down slowly from 10 to 0, remembering to repeat your cue word between counts. If memories or images come to mind, just allow them to pass like clouds overhead. They are being released as you count down and repeat your cue.

Now, take a big breath and let the last of that feeling drift away. And that’s it. Remember, even though you may feel that the Characteristic Feeling brought up by the Opening Statement may have disappeared before you finish the protocol, it is very wise to complete the statements right to the end. This way you can be certain that feeling is gone forever.

  1. Is it imperative to really identify what you’re feelings about a particular issue- are you supposed to substitue that label of the feeling into the statement?

    eg: I clear all the ways I feel that sadness

    Or does the standard ” I clear all the ways I feel that feeling” work even if you cannot put a name to it

    1. Actually, when you name a feeling you limit it. When you say “I clear all the ways I feel that feeling”… saying “that” feeling allows you to clear at the most general level. It’s like using a bucket rather than a teaspoon.

  2. Is the cue word supposed to be the feeling or can it be anything? This is where I am getting stuck, I’m not sure what to say for my cue word.

  3. Hi, I just found this method of clearing, and it sounds great! But I am confused whether you are clearing one feeling or a whole issue at a time. That bucket you speak of, it sounds to me, is to deal with an entire issue at once and all the baggage that is caused by it, hence all the feeling if, feeling because, subconscious feelings, etc. Most issues that bother us don’t just bring up one isolated feeling, but a number of them. A work situation may make you feel apathy, grief, fear and anger all at once, so I don’t think the intent is to pull the issue apart, but to work with the entire issue and how you feel without picking it apart with your rational thinking mind. Does that sound accurate?

  4. i want to share my experience here. i was working on one issue about financial concern and while going through steps I found myself in different time and space driving a mercedes and meting with an accident.
    is it somethimg past life issue?

    1. It is possible this was a past life issue. It is also possible your subconscious was giving you information in symbolic form. Driving a Mercedes could represent living a life as a wealthy person and that person meets with an accident. It may have been a warning from your subconscious that having wealth is dangerous and will cause you to have an accident. Which version feels most correct to you?

  5. Not able to judge! But one thing sure that the entire process created a change which I am feeling till this moment. But while going deeper I think second version fits. Thanks Mr. Grant for the reply.

  6. Grant, there is a concern I am feeling nowadays while doing the clearing and that is, i see all sort of sexual images and sexuall thoughts. They dont tend to stop and neither I resist but the clearing do nt take place as it should be.
    is it natural because they come in continuously. Is it my subconscious reSistencss to clearing? What shall i do? Repeat the cue word or stop the process

    1. I would say that your beliefs, attitudes and feelings concerning sex are coming up to be re-examined. Sex and the need for food are two of the strongest human drives. When we suppress either they cause problems. In the privacy of your own thoughts, look at your beliefs and how you feel about them. If they don’t feel good to you, clear on those feelings. They will lead you to what is true for you. Suppress those thoughts and you will continue to have difficulty in this area.
