ZPoint Quick Tutorial

ZPoint is meant to be simple and consists of a Healing Program that you merely read once and a cue word to activate that program. When you become aware of a feeling that doesn’t feel good as you think certain thoughts or remember certain unpleasant memories, you would merely focus on that feeling, mark it with your awareness, and repeat your cue word like a mantra as you say specific statements until that feeling is gone. A good cue word to begin with is “YES”.

That particular feeling is the “Characteristic Feeling” that represents all of the feelings connected or associated with that thought, memory or person. This Characteristic Feeling is connected energetically to all of the assumptions and beliefs that you may have formed concerning a situation, circumstance or relationship in your life. Release that Characteristic Feeling and you transform the assumptions or beliefs that underlie it and there may be many of these. You don’t need to know what those limiting beliefs are, you only need to feel and release that Characteristic feeling attached to them to release it all.

In a moment we will install the Healing Program. Just relax and read the following instruction into your subconscious mind. This instruction or Healing Program need only be read once. In fact, you’ll never need to refer to it again.

I hereby set a powerful intention within you my subconscious mind, to effect the best of all possible outcomes by this clearing, and that each time I notice a pattern or patterns I wish to release as I say or think my cue word, you will release all such patterns and components of patterns completely and safely, and each time I repeat my cue word in sequence like a mantra, you will release and completely resolve my identification with and attachment to whatever pattern or patterns I put my attention on, releasing everything I feel because of it, everything that relates to it and everything that has resulted from it, and you will do so gently and easily always ensuring that my identification with that pattern never returns.

And that’s all there is to it. As I’ve already mentioned, you’ll never need to refer to it again. You will however need need to remember your cue word, and even that can be changed whenever you wish, simply by saying I change my cue word to _______. For this tutorial we will assign the cue word YES!

Cue words are like the on/off switch on a flashlight. When you repeat certain specially designed statements, these have the effect of pointing the flashlight of your consciousness in the direction you wish to shine the light of truth. This act of pointing or directing the beam of the flashlight is the clearing statement.

When you say or think your cue word, the beam of your consciousness illuminates any uncomfortable feelings or patterns that need to be released, activates the Healing Program and releases whatever uncomfortable feelings are there that dis-empower you in any way.

An example of a regular ZPoint statement would be I clear all of the ways that I’m angry. After you read or say the statement aloud or to yourself, all you need to do is to repeat your cue word over and over, just as though you were repeating a mantra like this……yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, until you say the next statement.

For some statements, you will leave the ending blank, like this…I clear all the ways that I’m angry, because…

Your subconscious mind is really quite amazing because it will literally fill in the blank ending for us and release all of the reasons or because’s and do so in the background without any conscious awareness on our part.

Similarly, if you were to say I clear all the ways I’m angry, whenever…your subconscious mind will find and release ALL of the ways that you grow angry whenever this happens or that happens. In effect, it targets all the triggers that cause us to become angry and it does so in the background, beneath your normal conscious awareness. Isn’t that amazing?

The rest of the clearing statements are:

I clear all the ways I feel this feeling. <cue>

I clear all the ways I feel this feeling because… <cue>

I clear all the ways I feel this feeling whenever… <cue>

I clear all the ways I may feel this feeling if… <cue>

I clear all the ways unconscious parts of me feel this feeling. <cue>

I clear all the ways these parts feel this feeling because… <cue>

I clear all the ways these parts benefit from my feeling this feeling. <cue>

I clear all the ways I wouldn’t feel safe if I released this feeling now. <cue>

Now, take a deep breath and relax and think about what was concerning you. If you don’t feel completely peaceful, repeat the following statements that will clear “the remainder” of that feeling.

I clear all the ways I feel the remainder of this feeling. <cue>

I clear all the ways I feel the remainder of this feeling because… <cue>

I clear all the ways I feel the remainder of this feeling whenever… <cue>

I clear all the ways I may feel the remainder of this feeling if… <cue>

I clear all the ways unconscious parts of me feel the remainder of this feeling. <cue>

I clear all the ways these parts feel the remainder of this feeling because… <cue>

I clear all the ways these parts benefit from my feeling the remainder of this feeling. <cue>

I clear all the ways I wouldn’t feel safe if I released the remainder of this feeling now. <cue>

Once you’ve finished saying the statements, you may wish to finish with the Drill Down Technique to go down through layers that the above statements may not reach. It’s simple, as all things ZPoint are. Simply say…

… and that makes me feel… <cue>

… and under that I feel… <cue>

… and under that I feel… <cue>

… and under that I feel… <cue>

See, it’s so simple and as long as you remember to repeat your cue word you will get wonderful results every time.

Now, take a breath, relax and check in with that feeling again. Chances are you will look at your situation differently now and if not, focus on that characteristic feeling again and simply go through the statements one more time.

And now you have a powerful tool that you can use to transform your relationships, your money situation, your physical health and the work you do. You simply focus on the characteristic feeling that comes up as you think of these things and release it.

    not sure if this is going to work but hey i will try it, not a big fan of this new age googly goop but i was feeling kind of guilty and disappointed in my self because of my recent behavior and now i don’t feel guilty so
    who knows could solve all my problems
    now how do i apply this to my crazy mother

    Dear Grant,

    The technique is so simple and I have used the above statements to do clearance on many aspects. I simple think of the situation/person and with every statement I feel the energy moving about in my body.

    A bit of yawning and usually at the end I feel so much of energy movement at my crown chakra. Sometimes I feel a sense of dizziness, which I know is because of the shift happening.

    Hi,

    I have used ZPoint for only 1 week but feel already like a different person :) !!
    I feel much lighter and happier, and for no appareant reason!
    Also, every time I just use the starter phrase “When I think about _____, I feel … *cue word*” and then “I clear all the ways I feel these feelings.”, I start to feel a lot better in an instant!

    I really like the fact that there is a lot of information about the ZPoint Process for free!
    I enjoyed the teleclass hosted on the 13th of March (3 days ago) which dealed with releasing fear. I have also listened to the one handling relationships many times with different persons in my life.

    The weirdest thing I have noticed is that I tend to eat a lot less now :D ! Although I have never had any problems with my weight, I have always thought that I was eating too much, but not doing anything about it. I just liked to eat much!
    But now my stomach seems to get full from very small amounts of food, which is a good thing. Maybe I used to eat more food for emotional issues. And now, that they are gone, my body does not need any extra cravings.

    Anyway, I have downloaded a whole bunch of information about ZPoint and cannot wait to get myself through all of them!

      Goodness, there would be little I could say to your mind, it would be to your heart that I would speak. ZPoint is not about the mind but about feelings and inner awareness. This is something that must be experienced directly and not something that can be categorized and defined by the mind. Without having the experience I could talk for hours and you would come away thinking, ‘this is just BSFF with a different name’. I know it’s not and so do many others, but there is no way I can convince your mind alone of this, so I won’t try. I invite you to find that difference for yourself.

    Interesting…it does seem to be quicker and more connected and grounded in feeling and inner awareness than BSFF…I also like the directions to the subconscious a bit better…thanks for this material!

    ZPoint, if I am unerstanding it, is used to clear blocks and such…can it be used to install positives as well? I have been working with it quite a bit, and am VERY impressed so far..thanks for sharing it here!

      No, it can’t be used for installing positives in the way you think. It can however release blocks to that allow you to fully access the positives that are already there. From this perspective, we are releasing everything that is who we are NOT to reveal the brilliance or talents or abilities that we already possess.

        The positives are already installed. You don’t have to do anything but remove the junk covering your awareness of them.

        Zpoint, in this sense, is one of the ultimate self-applied “junk removers” there is.

    Dear Grant,

    You say zpoint can’t be used for instilling positives, but is it ok to use zpoint along with something like Innertalk subbliminals? Some say mixing modalities creates confusion in your energy system and you won’t get good results with either.
    I just got the membership activated yesterday and spent several hours clearing. Simply amazing!! I did the clearing for resistance to Zpoint, Wow! I was so zoned out and suddenly felt like you might feel when your dreaming and have the sudden sensation that your falling and you wake up fast. That happened and at the same time I also felt like a snap or sharp pain in my neck. Then I noticed all the stiffness and pain in my neck and shoulders were gone. I’m already noticing other things too…
    Thank you sooo much. I know I finally have something that works for me, and it couldn’t be easier.

    Hi.I have body dysmorphic disorder.People who have this disorder especially think about they are hideously ugly.My question is,which is my characteristic feeling;feeling ugliness,or feeling too much ”concerned” about my appearance?Thank you.

      Yes, it always boils down to a feeling, in this case the feeling that you are hideously ugly. Just a feeling. You can use ZPoint to completely release that feeling and let that particular concern go.

      You would need to take the approach of clearing the anxious feeling (sometimes disguised) when you are wanting a cigarette.

      You might not get good results on doing it about the habit, because it the anxious feelings aren’t cleared, you’ll just switch habits.

      So in any habit-breaking goal with this or other energy-therapy tools, focus on the feelings that you have that make you want to reach for it. Clear them. Then keep bringing up those feelings and clearning them until they’re gone.

      You know you’re there when you just don’t want one anymore.

    I have shifted heaps of old patterns just in an hour of doing this process . I yawn and stretch as the old stuff releases . I am very familiar with this type of healing process, having used EFT for 5 years and it is a wonderful tool to have in my “kit bag”. My energy level is good and I am feling clear and exuberant .     I have used the latest protocol and find that works really deeply . Today I did it for my habit of “trying too hard” instead of embracing
    “let go, let God” I had quite a lot of images that arose as I did the process . Some really slow deep yawns and also spontaineous sounding and toning at different pitches . I definitely feel like I am witnessing the body and mind selecting the material to expel and just flicking it past me for quick recognition before it is released from my being . I am aware of the whole process flowing and often are surprised at how some issues have quite unsual interconnections with other emotions or events in my life that I would not have thought were related to that issue .

    ar e we supposed to have different cue words for different feelings or situations.when addressing the sub consious mind if we intend the cue word should we retain the same cue word in asituation where say i am angry and need to imm apply this process

      The keyword or cue word is simply a word that activates the healing program previously read into the subconscious mind.think of your cue word in the same way you would think of an on off switch. That’s all it really is, just a switch. And because it is justice which you need only have one cue word if that’s all you want. Some people like to work with many cue words, and it works very well. Others work with one cue word only, and that works very well. It’s all up to you. It all works.

    Hello Grant,

    I am not english language native but I do speak and understand english very well; so my question: will the inconscious programm sentences you give in english will still be efficient for me ??

    I am wondering because I heard that the inconscious mind is like, and acts like a seven year old boy and so you have to communicate quite simple with it. But at “seven years old” I did not speak english !!!

    Secondly, does the Z-point work for phobias ?
    I tried it many times on specific phobias I have, but I still cannot eliminate them completly.
    Any specific approach you would advise me ?

      Leo, if you join the Yahoo group sharingzeropoint you can get specific advice concerning your phobias.

      As to whether or not your subconscious understands English, I believe it does, especially in your case. There is much written about the subconscious that is simply not relevant.

    How does your mind link up the healing program and the cue word?
    Do you insert the cue word as part of the healing statement as you read it, or do you say after reading it “- and my cue word is …… ” (or words to that effect)
