Hello from Australia
I thought I’d write to write and thank everyone for their concern about my personal safety because of the wildfires still burning here in Australia. The devestation has been incredible and some estimates place the number of dead at almost 300.While I am surrounded by tinder dry trees here in the bush, so far we’ve been safe. Truthfully, I don’t expect we will be affected here in Ballarat.
Last Friday I flew up to Adelaide to conduct a ZPoint Intensive. As we were taking off from Melbourne, all I could see out the window was a pall of smoke for as far as I could see in every direction. Thankfully Adelaide was relatively free of smoke although it could still be detected in the air more than 600 miles away.
The airline employees passed the hat through the plane for the Red Cross and received more than $400.00 in donations for the survivors. Everyone is pulling together and helping where and when they can. It is really quite amazing. Last I heard 60 Firefighters were flying in from the U.S. to help with those fires still out of control. They are very welcome indeed.
As you may know, since coming here to Australia, I’ve begun using ZPoint in a new more effective way. Really, it takes the existing tools and strings them together in such a way that the results are much more profound. Below I will outline that protocol so you can try it for yourself and achieve deeper results on your own. I encourage you to try this new way.
First, evoke that Characteristic Feeling I speak about using a ZPoint Statement such as: Whenever I think of my desire for a better life, I feel…
Remember to leave the ending blank and allow your subconscious to bring up that feeling associated with your desire for a better life. This feeling is connected to all the ways you don’t believe you will achieve that better life and releases them. The process will transform those beliefs from “I can’t do it” to “I will do it” and allows you to move forward in your life.
The next thing would be to go through the following sequence of statements. Remember to take your time and repeat your cue word like a mantra for about 10 seconds after each statement. The sequence takes about 7 to 8 minutes to complete and when you’re finished, you should be feeling very peaceful and relaxed. If not, go through it again. This just means that there were more issues connected to this statement than were readily apparent.
So lets begin shall we…
I clear all the ways I feel this feeling.<cue>
I clear all the ways I feel this feeling because… <cue> – (remember to leave the ending blank allowing the subconscious to fill in those blanks)
I clear all the ways I feel this feeling whenever…<cue>
I clear all the ways I may feel this feeling if… <cue>
I clear all the ways unconscious parts of me feel this feeling. <cue>
I clear all the ways these parts feel this feeling because… <cue>
I clear all the ways these parts identify with my feeling this feeling. <cue>
I clear all the ways these parts wouldn’t feel safe letting this feeling go. <cue>
…and that makes me feel… <cue>
…and that makes me feel… <cue>
…and that makes me feel… <cue>
…and that makes me feel… <cue>
I clear all the ways I feel the remainder of this feeling. <cue>
I clear all the ways I feel the remainder of this feeling because… <cue>
I clear all the ways I feel the remainder of this feeling whenever… <cue>
I clear all the ways I may feel the remainder of this feeling if… <cue>
I clear all the ways unconscious parts of me feel the remainder of this feeling. <cue>
I clear all the ways these parts feel the remainder of this feeling because… <cue>
I clear all the ways these parts identify with my feeling the remainder of this feeling. <cue>
I clear all the ways these parts wouldn’t feel safe letting the remainder of this feeling go. <cue>
…and that makes me feel… <cue>
…and that makes me feel… <cue>
…and that makes me feel… <cue>
…and that makes me feel… <cue>
Now imagine yourself standing in front of a light filled circle. Imagine stepping inside that circle and feeling warm and safe. Our intention here is to see the remainder of this feeling and everything associated with it, be released as we count down slowly from 10 to 0, remembering to repeat your cue word between counts. If memories or images come to mind, just allow them to pass like clouds overhead. They are being released as you count down and repeat your cue.
10… <cue>
9… <cue>
8… <cue>
7… <cue>
6… <cue>
5… <cue>
4… <cue>
3… <cue>
2… <cue>
1… <cue>
0… <cue>
…and that makes me feel… <cue>
…and that makes me feel… <cue>
…and that makes me feel… <cue>
…and that makes me feel… <cue>
Now, take a big breath and let the last of that feeling drift away. And that’s it. Remember, even though you may feel that the Characteristic Feeling brought up by the Opening Statement may have disappeared before you finish the protocol, it is very wise to complete the statements right to the end. This way you can be certain that feeling is gone forever.
Please try this out for yourself and let me know how you make out.
Also, I am currently running a teleclass using the above protocol with the intention of shifting you to a whole new way of looking at your life and circumstances. If you decide to join us you can download and listen to recordings of classes already completed and join us for the remainder of the live ones.

Simplified ZPoint Protocol
Recently I had a conversation with Sandra Cisneros, a ZPoint Practitioner in Austin Texas in the United States and she made a wonderful suggestion on how to simplify the Process and make it more effective at the same time.
For example, if you use a ZPoint opening statement, it would be:
Whenever I think about __________, I feel… <cue>
This statement is intended to bring up a Characteristic Feeling around whatever you are thinking about. For example, you could say;
Whenever I think about deserving more financial abundance in my life, I feel… and you would then repeat your cue word for a few moments followed by going through the regular ZPoint Statement, like this…
I clear all the ways I feel this feeling. <cue>
I clear all the ways I feel this feeling because… <cue>
And so on, going through all of the statements including the remainders.
Sandra’s contribution is to simply repeat, “and that makes me feel…” <cue> four or five times after repeating the opening statement, followed by the usual repetition of your cue word… like this…
Whenever I think about deserving more financial abundance in my life, I feel… <cue>
…and that makes me feel… <cue> – repeat your cue for 10 seconds
…and that makes me feel… <cue>- repeat your cue for 10 seconds
…and that makes me feel… <cue> – repeat your cue for 10 seconds
…and that makes me feel… <cue> – repeat your cue for 10 seconds
…and that makes me feel… <cue> – repeat your cue for 10 seconds
When you do this, you work your way through the layers of feelings brought up as you repeat the Opening Statement. In effect, repeating “and that makes me feel…”, brings up a new Characteristic Feeling each time you say it after the initial Opening Statement. And by repeating your cue, you release that new Characteristic Feeling.
I’ve been playing with this new variation for about a week now and have used it with great success on myself and about a dozen others. It’s proven itself to be both simple, easy to remember and very effective. This is not to say that there won’t be times when very difficult feelings require that you repeat the full clearing Protocol, but it’s easy to remember and allows you to practice ZPoint in the moment as things come up.
Another way of accomplishing the same end, would be to use the traditional “I clear all the ways…” statement and instead of going through the entire protocol, you would simply repeat the first line followed by a number of “and that makes me feel” statements. Like this…
I clear all the ways I feel this feeling… <cue>
… and that makes me feel… <cue>
… and that makes me feel… <cue>
… and that makes me feel… <cue>
… and that makes me feel… <cue>
… and that makes me feel… <cue>
Either way you do this, it makes the whole Process easier and often more effective. Please try this yourself and let me know how you make out.
Kindest regards,
Grant

There really are Angels
In early November 2008 I received an email that would change my life in profound ways. It began…my name is Paul Greblick and I want to thank you for creating the ZPoint Process.
Paul went on to tell me that over a four day period after being led to ZPoint, he freed himself from intense emotional pain that had lasted for almost a decade. After reading his email I decided to contact him to arrange a phone interview so he could tell his story. You can access that recording below. It is just over 17 minutes long and well worth listening to:
I found Paul so compelling that over the next month we spoke on the phone more than a dozen times. As you’ll hear in the recording, Paul talks about speaking with Angels and I must be truthful and say that I’ve always shied away from such talk in the past. However, Paul speaks with such clarity and wisdom that I wish to share his story and the possibilities he brings with as many people as possible.
On a personal level I have recommended Paul to a number of my closest friends and those who contacted him are very pleased with the results. Paul does indeed channel Angels and his stated goal is to connect you with your own Angels and your own source of personal guidance. I can’t recommend and thank him enough.
You can contact Paul for a personal appointment by sending an email to sessions@angelicinterludes.net.

Saying So Long to Struggle
Our society teaches us that we must work hard and struggle to have the things that will make us happy at some future time. We have an entire society stuck in the “I’ll be happy when…” fantasy loop.
I’ll be happy when I get that job!
I’ll be happy when I get that relationship.
I’ll be happy when I’m healed.
I’ll be happy when I have more money.
I’ll be happy when ‘they’ leave me alone.
I’ll be happy when ‘they’ recognize my true worth.
I’ll be happy when…
However, what if being stuck in the “I’ll be happy when…” loop is one of the primary reasons why we’re not happy? In fact, what if most if not all of the things you’ve been told about how to live life and be happy are just plain wrong?
Now, here is a truly revolutionary thought. What if the key to being happy is to stop thinking about the things you don’t have and start enjoying the things that are already there. Like sunshine on your face or a wonderful meal or the love of a true friend.
Our lives exist in the gap between where we are now and where we’d like to be, between who we are now, and who we’d like to be. When we are always focused on where we’d like to be or who we’d like to be, how can we be happy? When we do this we are in a constant state of NOT HAVING what we really want. As you know, there is nothing fun about living this way.
So, what happens when you stop trying to have the very things you believe will make you happy? Conventional wisdom says that if you stop trying you start dying. Conventional wisdom says that if you stop struggling you set aside your chance at happiness.
Now, here’s the funny part. Our society is full of stories that fly in the face of this ‘conventional wisdom’. Stories of people who try and try and try to make something happen and are spectacularly unsuccessful. And then one day they stop trying so hard and relax. Invariably, the next thing that happens is that the very thing they worked so hard for suddenly appears as if by magic.
Well, we now know why this happens. When all of our attention is on having that thing that we lack, we literally hold it away from ourselves through our attention on its lack. We create more of that lack.
When we let it go, when we stop trying, when our attention shifts to enjoying the weather, or an ice cream, or our lovers smile, that wanted thing just seems to flow to us all on its own. No more effort required on our part.
Here is a great secret of life. You are not the one that makes things happen, you only think you are. Your job is to decide what it is you want and then let it go. It is then left up to the intelligence that creates worlds to deliver what will make you happy. And it will as long as you step out of the way long enough for it to deliver it.
Imagine having an Unseen Servant that carries out your every wish. Now imagine that someone has told you that there is no such thing as an unseen servant and that YOU are the one that must make EVERYTHING HAPPEN in your life.
So, what happens is that the Unseen Servant just continues doing what it does while you, not understanding, keep getting in the Unseen Servant’s way and blocking its best efforts.
So, what do you think would happen if you really understood what your role in life was? What would happen if you stopped trying so hard to make things happen? What would happen if you stepped aside and just let your Unseen Servant do what it does so perfectly?

Where are you putting your attention?
I recall reading a story about a man who lived in a perfect city. Everywhere he went he saw smiling faces and buildings crafted by hand by the worlds best artisans. Everything was beautiful and in appreciating that beauty, he felt happy and content.
One day the man went for a walk to enjoy the sunshine and the smiling faces. As he turned down a street he had walked down many times, his attention was drawn to a pothole. Goodness, he thought, a pothole? The city fathers have allowed a pothole to ruin the perfection of my walk? Goodness!
And on his way home all he could think about was the pothole. How did this happen and he went through scenario after scenario trying to figure it out. And the more he thought about that single pothole the unhappier he became.
Every day he’d go out for his walk, but wouldn’t you know it, he always ended up on the street with the pothole. He just couldn’t take his eyes off it. It drew him like a magnet and all of his thoughts were centered on that pothole even though the rest of the city was still perfectly beautiful and still filled with happy smiling faces.
He could no longer see the smiling faces or nor could he enjoy the beauty that surrounded him. All he could think about was that single ugly pothole.
Where is your focus? Are all of your thoughts centered on the pothole or can you lift your eyes to see the beauty that surrounds you? There will always be potholes. Life is filled with potholes, but must our gaze always be drawn to them alone?
Lift up your eyes and see the beauty that surrounds you. Make it your daily task to appreciate just one thing and your gaze will be lifted from the pothole. You’ll know it’s still there, but it’s much more interesting and satisfying to watch the things that give you pleasure. Before long, the potholes of the world will seem to disappear leaving you enraptured by the beauty you see all around you.
It’s all a matter of where you choose to put your attention.

Grant

Dealing Effectively with Anger – 5 Day Plan
All of us feel anger at times in our lives, and as long as we can acknowledge it and feel it fully, it flows through us and causes no harm. However, when we suppress it, when we hold it in and don’t feel safe expressing that anger, watch out!
I was born into a household with a very angry father and a mother who sought to deal with that anger by ignoring it. Showing anger was a very bad thing and must never be expressed, consequently I was beaten or chastised every time I expressed my own anger. I soon learned to mask my anger, to push it down and I learned that lesson very well.
As the years went on I became more and more angry inside. Life had a way of putting me in situations that triggered that anger. I can recall one situation when I owned a computer sales and repair facility in my hometown of Peterborough Canada. My mother had just passed away a few days before and I did not deal with that well. I was angry at myself for this and took my anger out on everyone around me.
On this particular day I was dealing with two young men who came into my store to buy a computer. They were like young men everywhere, trying to appear more knowledgeable than they really were. For some reason they really pissed me off and one thing led to another and before I knew it I literally tossed them out of the store. That is not good for business especially in a small town!
I was not a fun person to be around. I just couldn’t relax and I always felt like I had a tiger inside me just waiting to jump out. People around me could feel that anger and many were actually afraid of me, and for good reason. They could sense that I was a tinderbox just waiting for the next spark. It’s very difficult to like yourself when you so angry and the worst part is, I didn’t even know why. I didn’t have a clue.
I learned to cope as many do. I read book after book on the subject and understood it all on an intellectual level, but the anger and the rage remained. Untouched by my efforts to “understand it”.
The cost of unexpressed anger on a personal level can be enormous. It slowly eats away at your cardiovascular system, your stomach and throws your nervous system into chaos. When you become angry it’s like suddenly you’re on a dark railroad track heading for God knows where. You stop thinking and start reacting. You literally go unconscious and from that unconscious state almost anything can happen and none of it good. It can destroy relationships, jobs and cherished dreams for the future. In an instant!
A good percentage of people currently serving time in prison are there simply because they could not control their anger. Unexpressed anger costs everyone billions of dollars a year to treat its physical effects on the human body and on society as a whole.
Below you will find a daily plan to release your anger completely. It takes only 10 to 15 minutes a day and lasts 5 days. At the end of that period most if not all of that inner anger will be released and all you need to do is follow the plan. If you haven’t already done so, please read the ZPoint Quick Start Tutorial to install the ZPoint Healing Program and gain an understanding on how to apply ZPoint to yourself. You my wish to print it out and have it handy as you work through each days exercise.
Day 1 – Think of the last time you became angry. Allow yourself to feel that anger within you and repeat the following statement to yourself:
Whenever I think about or remember becoming angry, I feel… <cue>
This will bring any unexpressed anger to the surface where you can release it using the Process. Simply read each clearing statement one at a time as outlined in the Tutorial. Remember to repeat your cue word like a mantra after reading each statement. When you finish, you’ll feel much much better. It’s really very simple yet profoundly effective in releasing the unexpressed anger within you.
Please note that most people repress their anger which means that you may not be fully in touch with how angry you really are. Many people who have used this exercise report that they may actually feel more angry and irritated after going through the exercise for the first time. This is not a bad thing as our intention is always to release the deepest aspects of our anger so that we may free ourselves to live a much more peaceful and pleasant life.
If you find this happening to you, simply go through the exercise again. Each time you do so, you will be releasing more and more of that anger.
Day 2 – Carry out the above exercise again. You should find it much easier to get in touch with your anger and going through the Process will make you feel wonderfully relaxed and peaceful.
Day 3 – Make a list of the things that trigger your anger. Be honest with yourself. Think of these triggers as you repeat the opening statement, “Whenever I think about becoming angry, I feel…” <cue> and work your way through the clearing statements. It shouldn’t take more than a few minutes. Pay attention to how relaxed and peaceful you feel when you finish.
Day 4 – Go back over your list of things that make you angry. Do you notice a change in how you respond to the items on that list? You may find that some items no longer bother you at all. Think of the ones that still upset you and go through the exercise again for those items. During your day, pay close attention to your actual response to those things that make you angry. You should now begin to see a big difference in how you are responding.
Day 5 – Pull out your list again and read it over. Typically many items on that list won’t bother you at all. If anything remains that upsets you, go through the exercise at least one more time until you are feeling wonderfully relaxed and peaceful.
A very effective way of doing this is to do it with a friend, especially one who shares your anger issues. Set a time each day to meet in person or on the phone and go through the days exercise. A few minutes a day spent releasing your anger together will pay huge dividends to yourselves and to everyone you meet.
One final note. Most people who take the time to release their anger notice that they begin to lose weight. I think this is a very pleasant side effect of releasing the deeply held anger within themselves. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if it worked the same way with you?
Please try the above 5 day plan and let me know how you make out. I’d love to hear your success story.
Grant
P.S. Starting August 4th at 10am EDT I will begin a daily telecall series that includes exercises to release anger. We will meet daily for 21 days and release those things that bother us and align with the circumstances or relationships that bring us happiness. For more information, click on this link.

Coming into alignment with what you really want
Recently I posted about a 2 day ZPoint Intensive I was to be holding here in Toronto in early August geared toward training future ZPoint Practitioners.
Yesterday I was speaking with someone about signing up for the training and I realized that I really didn’t care whether they signed up or not. What a terrible feeling that was. When I thought about just teaching ZPoint for 2 full days, even though I love doing it, I felt no positive energy around it at all.
When I realized that I had no passion for doing the class, I decided to go for a walk and think about it. So, I started off in my usual manner, simply repeating my cue with each step and enjoying the sunshine. The further I walked, the more peaceful I became and then about halfway through my walk it hit me. Don’t you love it when that happens.
I realized that my joy comes not from teaching ZPoint specifically, but from personally leading people through the Process to find more peace within themselves and to help them to see their lives from a higher more abundant perspective. I love doing this more than anything!
In that moment I acknowledged that I am a healer first, last and always and that my job is to help people let go of the past and actually start manifesting those things that will make them happy and fulfilled. I also realized that in helping people do this and showing them how to do it for themselves, I would be following my own inner voice and that voice always leads me to personal happiness and fulfillment.
And so today I rewrote everything. The 2 day Intensive I have planned here in Toronto has but one goal in mind; to help you become very clear about what you want to allow in your life and what you don’t.
During the Intensive we will focus exclusively on releasing those things that you no longer serve your happiness, those things that are no longer filled with passion and to help you align with what you REALLY want. There is great power in simply knowing what you want.
When you know what you want, the whole world lends a hand to help you get it. People who are passionate about whatever they do inspire others to do the same. Living without knowing what you really want and seeing no possibility of achieving your true dreams is passionless and devoid of life although it may pay the bills or supply a measure of emotional security. Nonetheless it will always disappoint if that is not what you really want.
The format of the Intensive is a simple one. I will lead the group through a series of exercises that will help you find within yourself what you really want, and use the ZPoint Process to help you release everything that does not align with that. In a very real sense we will be moving you away from attracting circumstances that disappoint to those that fill you with passion. Then watch your life begin to change in amazing ways.
Let me leave you with a quote from famed author Napoleon Hill…
“All success begins with a definiteness of purpose, with a clear picture in your mind of precisely what you want from life.”
For more information on this transformational weekend, please visit:
http://www.zpointforpeace.com/Intensive.shtml
Please note that on Monday August 4th I’ll begin a 21 Day, 15 minutes per day Teleclass series with exactly the same intent as the in person weekend. For more information on this visit:

Jumping Fences by Chief Joseph
Today I have a wonderful new article by Chief Joseph and John Cali about “Jumping Fences”. I’m sure you’ll love it as much as I do.
*********
John Cali
Antelope, like humans, are creatures of habit. They’ve followed the same migration corridors to and from their winter and summer ranges for thousands of years. But now they have to share the land with people.
One of the antelope migration corridors is a 100-mile stretch between the Gros Ventre Wilderness Area and Grand Teton National Park in northwestern Wyoming. The federal government, for whatever reasons, is proposing fenced pastures along that corridor.
Environmentalists are fighting the government’s proposed fencing. The reason? Antelope, being creatures of habit, won’t leap a fence, even though they’re perfectly capable of doing it.
So they’ll be forced to stop when they encounter a fence. They won’t be able to continue their migration, and will die.
I once saw a buck antelope, running out on the northern Montana prairie, stop when he came to a fence. He looked it over a few moments and then instead of jumping over it, just tried to bulldoze his way through it. He finally made it because the fence was old and worn. But he did it the hard way.
Sounds eerily similar to what humans often do.
Here’s Chief Joseph.
Chief Joseph
Many, if not most, humans have no idea of their full power and potential — just like the antelope. Even though the power is there, you are effectively powerless.
One of the reasons we are doing this work with John is to awaken you to who you really are. Who you really are is physical extensions of that divine energy you may call God or Goddess.
This is your birthright as human beings. Yet you rarely see, understand, or accept who you are. The mass consciousness limits you if you buy into it, as most humans do one time or another during their lives.
But it needn’t be that way. Whenever you tell yourself you’re limited or powerless, that’s just a story you made up.
Many humans, when they begin to get a glimpse of the possibility they may be more than the bodies they occupy, get scared — scared of their own power. Scared, perhaps, because they believe that power carries too much responsibility.
And yet, friends, acknowledging who you truly are, accepting it, and living your lives as the powerful creators you all are, is the most freeing thing you will ever do for yourselves. And for your sisters and brothers on the planet.
Claim your power! Know that power. Live that power. Love that power.
Today, as many of you are aware — sometimes painfully aware — humanity and your Mother Earth are feeling the intensifying energies flowing onto the planet.
This is not a bad thing, despite how it may feel to you. It’s a good thing. You are all moving into higher vibrations, higher awareness. You are, en masse, beginning your return home, to the glorious beings of light and love you came from when you incarnated.
Some humans, believing these are the “end times” or not believing they have the power to move through this time of transition, are choosing to “get a jump” on things by leaving their bodies.
That’s neither right nor wrong. It’s just their choice.
However, those of you choosing to stay on a while longer have a responsibility to claim your power — to remember who you are. As we said before, this will free you to create whatever you want, including peace on earth.
You will no longer argue for your limitations. You will no longer deny your power like the antelope refusing to jump fences. Jumping fences is your life’s work. It’s joyful work. So get busy!

Expectations
Today I have an article taken from John Cali who channels Chief Joseph. John is a good friend as is Chief Joseph himself. I post the article here because these are words we all need to hear again and again….
John Cali
There are many possible reasons we’re willing to settle for less instead of more. For example, we don’t feel deserving. Or we don’t believe the Universe is abundant. Or we believe everything we read in the mainstream news media. Or, for a zillion other reasons, we don’t believe we can have what we want in this life.
Therefore, we set our expectations low. We work hard. Then we usually reap what we’ve sown — results that match our expectations.
But the opposite of that also works because the Law of Attraction is flawless, and you always get what you focus on and expect. Always.
Here’s Chief Joseph.
Chief Joseph
Friends, we do not know where, on your physical paths, you went astray into believing you are far less than we know you are. If you could see yourselves with our eyes, you would be inundated with joy — that indescribable joy you knew before you incarnated, and the joy to which you will surely return when you leave your physical bodies.
We’ve said this many times over the years, but it bears repeating:
All of you — no exceptions — are gods and goddesses in physical form.
The problem is many of you have identified your being by who you are in the particular body you now occupy.
But that body, wondrous thing that it is, is still such a small, infinitesimal part of who you really are. An important part, yes. Otherwise you could not navigate through your physical experiences. Nonetheless, still a small part.
Your higher selves, or souls, see you as we see you — bright, beautiful beings. Struggling sometimes, yes. Courageous always, yes.
Do you know how much courage it took for you (the Greater You) to incarnate into a physical body once again? If you did you would gain a far greater appreciation of your human selves. You would gain a far greater appreciation of the miraculous workings of your physical bodies. You would gain a far greater appreciation of the endless power you have to create lives of joy and abundance while you still occupy your physical bodies.
Your higher selves, your souls, decided to play the game of physical life again because they thought there would be some fun here. Games, after all, are all about having fun. You knew that as little children. You were far wiser then than most of you are now.
It’s not that you’re not innately wise — you’ve just forgotten your own wisdom and power.
When you begin to get more glimpses of that wisdom and power — that is our goal here today, to help you do that — then you will never again set low expectations for yourselves.
You deserve everything you’ve ever wanted. The Universe has noted your every wish, from the moment you were born into this physical lifetime. The only reason you haven’t gotten what you want is because you haven’t allowed it to come to you.
Set your expectations high always. You don’t have to work hard to manifest your desires. Work easy, knowing and trusting the Universe will deliver to you what you’ve asked. Maybe not in the specific form you’ve imagined. But, if not, then something far better and higher.
All is well, friends. Trust your own innate goodness and deservingness. We do. God does. The Universe does.
See yourselves as we see you, with great love.

Since 1992, John Cali has been communicating with a non-physical entity called Joseph. In one of his many physical lifetimes, this spirit was incarnated as the legendary Chief Joseph of the Nez Perce tribe in what is now the state of Oregon in the northwestern USA. These messages are a blend of information from Joseph, other spirits in the “Joseph group,” and John.
John can be reached by email at here or through their website (http://www.greatwesternpublishing.org).

My Higher Self Speaks
I had a conversation the other evening with Maryam Webster, author of Everyday Bliss for Busy Women. Maryam is an old friend who has supported ZPoint from the very beginning.
Maryam and I were discussing different approaches to healing. There is the psychological model, where we attempt to fix what’s broken, or there’s the spiritual model where we work to uncover our true selves.
I recall a wonderful quote from Michaelangelo who was asked how he was able to capture such beauty with his sculpture. Turning to his latest work which was an Angel, he replied that his job was to see the Angel within the stone, whole and complete, and then to chip away at the stone until he freed it.
We are very much like that Angel trapped within the stone except that what traps us are beliefs and attitudes that prevent us from seeing the truth about life. We see what we expect to see and those expectations are born of cherished beliefs about who we think we are. Who we’ve been told we are by parents, teachers, peers, Television. The list goes on and on. What if we are NOT that? You either are or you aren’t. There’s no middle ground here.
We are not broken, we never were. We’ve merely accepted ways of looking at our lives that are untrue. We live on Planet Earth among those who believe that they will die one day and be extinguished unless they believe a certain thing or act in certain ways or dress and speak in certain ways. We take the word of authority figures for who we are. After all, they must know, right?
What if these ways are not true? What if we really are spiritual beings, and powerful ones at that?
What if you already know the truth but it’s buried within you, underneath everything you’ve learned about life so far? Perhaps it’s time to know the truth for yourself rather than taking someone else’s word for it.
I am not against religion. In fact, I am not against anything. I am however, FOR anything that helps you remember who you are. I am FOR anything that encourages you to release your identification with those things that you are NOT. I am FOR simply embracing those things those things that make you feel good about yourself, your life and your world. They are your connection to your higher self and the freedom that that brings.
We are not born to suffer. Suffering is caused by resisting who you truly are. You’ve been taught to believe that you are somehow less, and those lessons have been painful. Until you really decide to free yourself, to commit to it, you are a prisoner of your beliefs no less than that Angel trapped within the stone. You are not born to suffer. Suffering is optional.
We are not meant to live in lack. Believing in limitation itself is the root cause of lack. We are spiritual beings who by our very thoughts create the situations and circumstances of our lives. If there is lack, it is only because you have created it. You are that powerful.
We are going through an extraordinary time on this planet. We are all being pushed to either evolve and move on to a new level of living or to continue living in fear and lack and to manifest everything that that energy aligns with. Never in our history has this choice been more evident as more and more people are caught up in an increasing spiral of fear and helplessness. Checked the price of gas lately?
Which path do you choose?
Know that you are not powerless. In the past 20 years many tools have been given to help you connect with who you truly are. ZPoint is only one tool among many although it is one of the simplest. I encourage you to make a stand in your life and to adopt a daily spiritual practice that will bring you into alignment with your Higher Self. Even 15 minutes a day can make a huge difference.

On August 2nd and 3rd 2008 I will be facilitating a ZPoint Personal Peace Practitioner Training here in Toronto. The purpose of this training is twofold.
First, participants will be trained in all aspects of The ZPoint Process in order that they may teach ZPoint to others. And second, it is my intention to guide participants through all aspects of the Process to achieve a deep and lasting level of peace in their own lives. They can then easily pass that peace along to others. For more information, please click here.
