Follow up to Releasing the Past Newsletter
November 29, 2007
I wanted to tell you all about my experiences since sending out the Releasing the Past Newsletter.
First, some of you know this, but about a month ago I decided to move to Costa Rica. I love walking and I’m tired of trudging through snowdrifts during a Canadian winter. The thing is, once I got down here I literally fell in love with the place, the people and everything about it.
For the first week and a half I didn’t like it at all. The poverty, pot holes as big as a small cow, the noise. I felt like I’d been dropped on another planet. Everything was different. And I wanted to go home but I wouldn’t let myself.
Then I decided to use the same Time Line Protocol I’d been developing, on myself. I’d used it on close relative who had been severely traumatized by a single event more than 45 years ago, and that event had poisoned her relationships and even her work life. When I followed up two weeks later, she seemed much more peaceful and present. That ugly thing was finally gone.
So, for myself I cleared on specific ages. From birth to 6, from 7 to 12, from 13 to 19. I just followed the protocol as laid out in the Releasing the Past Newsletter. I recall doing it later in the evening and when I was finished I was tired so I went to bed.
When I woke up the next morning I remember I had a smile on my face. I felt great. I walked down the mountain and had some breakfast and enjoyed every moment of it. The traffic, the noise, the beautiful women. I loved it all.
That clearing shifted me in a big way. I’ve enjoyed almost everything here since. The people are kind and always willing to help. No one hurries here and you seldom see anyone openly unhappy. Although there is poverty, it’s not crushing and for the most part, people are happy. It’s truly an amazing place.
I could go on and on about Costa Rica and I think I’ll be posting about my experiences on my blog site (see above). I’ll be posting pictures too as I take them.
Yesterday I received an email from Joyce Morris who’s kindly given her permission for her name and message to be used. This was received almost 2 weeks after sending out the Newsletter…
Hello Grant,
It’s taken me some time to get to this but here are the details: I’m 62 years old and have applied MANY healing and releasing processes to a specific group of past memories. Regardless of how big the insights or how determined I have been to rid myself of the negative impact of those memories, I have not budged the energy one bit – until I received your email that guided me through the Zpoint process related to a period of time in my childhood. I went through the entire process as your email directed it and immediately afterward noticed that I no longer felt ANY energy around the memories. It’s been two weeks and I STILL have felt NO energy around those memories. I can actually even imagine that I might someday forget about them entirely.
Again, thank you for sharing this process. It is so good to be free of the pain that emanated from those 55 year old memories.
Joyce Morris
I wish to publicly thank Joyce for sharing her email and I consider it a big thing when someone does this.
I believe this simple easy to use Protocol is a major breakthrough. To my knowledge there is nothing anywhere that will release painful memories or unconscious garbage like this does.
The key to this Protocol is to simply feel that characteristic feeling that you feel when you think back over a period of your life. It is that feeling that represents all the feelings from that period. It’s like a multiplexed signal for those of you who are technically minded. Or like a braided roped for those of you who are not. All the strands are represented in that single characteristic feeling, which is why clearing that one feeling has such a profound effect.
You can also use the same characteristic feeling idea to clear on relationships with people, institutions, jobs etc. Really, there is no limit to the possible applications of this idea. Quite certainly it would be a boon to those suffering from PTSD or other Traumas.
So please, take another look at this Protocol. And please, let me know how you make out.
Regards,
Grant
